Yes, you have the option to turn off the automatic renewal feature for your subscription. For yearly subscriptions, you can do this until 30 days prior to your renewal date. For monthly subscriptions, the cut-off is 14 days before the renewal date.
Here is how you can turn off the automatic renewal:
1. Go to my.chaos.com
2. Go to Products > Active products
3. Click on the product of your choice
4. On the right side of the subscription details locate Disable auto renewal and click it.
If you change your mind and wish to enable auto-renewal again, you can do so at any time until the renewal date is reached. Please note that once your subscription has expired, it is not possible to reactivate your license. Therefore, if you wish to continue using our services after the end date, you would need to purchase a new subscription. We recommend keeping track of your subscription end date to avoid any service interruptions.
