Yes, you have the option to turn off the automatic renewal feature for your subscription. For yearly subscriptions, you can do this up until a day prior the renewal date.
Here is how you can turn off the automatic renewal:
1. Go to my.chaos.com
2. Go to Products > Active products
3. Click on the product of your choice
4. On the right side of the subscription details locate Cancel and click it.
If you change your mind and wish to enable auto-renewal again, you can do so at any time until the renewal date is reached. Please note that once your subscription has expired, it is not possible to reactivate your license. Therefore, if you wish to continue using our services after the end date, you would need to purchase a new subscription. We recommend keeping track of your subscription end date to avoid any service interruptions.
