The subscription service (anima ALL) includes a floating license for anima and also access to the complete metropoly® library (+3100 models and growing every day), which includes all the types of models we have: Posed, Rigged, Ambient, and 4D people.
However, please notice that the models from the subscription are only available in anima native format. This also means that it is not possible to download subscription models from the website directly or export them to third-party formats (like FBX). These models can only be used with anima ALL and with the applications currently compatible with the anima® plugins, which are the following:
- 3ds Max® 2016 - 2025
- Maya® 2018 - 2025
- Cinema4D® R17 - 2024
- Unreal Engine® 4.27, 5.2, 5.3 y 5.4
- Only on Windows OS
So, in order to use all the models included in the subscription, you just need to download and install anima and its plugins. Then just drag and drop any model you want into your scene and it will be downloaded automatically.
On the other hand, anima PRO includes a limited library of models that is always the same and cannot be changed:
- 5 4D models
- 2 4D walking models
- 28 Rigged actors (compatible with mocap animations)
- 4 Ready Posed actors (high detail static models)
- 13 Ambient actors (high detail idle animated)
- 48 Motion Capture files with parametric variations for realistic animations.
We have a Free LITE version of anima that also includes the same limited library of models that is included in the anima PRO version, and we encourage you to download it to get to know the application and its plugins. This free version will allow you to extensively test the software and the models to help you decide if it fits your needs.
You can also extend the library by importing models and animations made by yourself or from 3rd party providers.
