As of August 1, 2024, anima ALL subscriptions are now exclusively offered through the Chaos website. Therefore, the orders and invoices created from that date onwards will be available at My Chaos.

For older anima orders and character purchases from the Metropoly® library, the invoices will be available in the user dashboard on the AXYZ website, as usual.
The Sales Team needs about 3 labor days to generate the invoices after each purchase. Once generated, they are available to be downloaded in PDF format by following the process described below:

Sign in to your user account by clicking the little person icon
(at the upper-right corner of the AXYZ website).
- Once in the user account control panel, select the Orders section.
- Click on any order to unfold the Order details.
- Click on the document icon to download the PDF file with your invoice.
