Both licenses cannot be working at the same time in the same machine because each one has limitations and capabilities that the other one does not have.
If you use them in different machines, from the ALL version you will be able to open scenes made with the PRO version with no problem. However, from the PRO (and Render Node) versions you will only be able to open scenes made with the ALL version for render purposes.
For example, all the actors from a scene made with the ALL version will be correctly loaded (and rendered) in a 3dsMax installation that uses the PRO or the Render Node licenses.
However, you won't be able to open that scene with anima® PRO standalone to edit or modify it in any way.
If you do that, the actors will be loaded as Missing Actors, and if you save it in that state, you will lose those actors also in the 3dsMax scene, so you won't be able to render it anymore.
