If you already have a Chaos account that is using the same email as your AXYZ account, both accounts will be merged automatically, and you will be asked to provide a new password (see sample video).
You won’t need to use the new credentials in anima® immediately. However, remember to use the new credentials the next time you sign into anima®.
Also, you will be able to use the same Chaos credentials regardless of the product licenses you have with Chaos.
Important: Update Your Chaos Licensing Server by January 28, 2025
To ensure uninterrupted access to your licenses, an essential update is required by January 28, 2025. Failure to update your Chaos licensing Server will result in the loss of access to your licenses.
