Unifying Enscape and Chaos Help Centers into All-in-One Support Center

Enscape and Chaos Help Centers have now been unified into a single, comprehensive Help Center portal. This integration is designed to streamline your support experience, making it easier to find the information and assistance you need, all in one place. Whether you are a user of Enscape, Chaos, or both, our new unified Help Center is here to provide you with seamless support and resources.


What Changes for Customers?

We are introducing a new structure for our Help Center portal, featuring an updated Home page. From here, you can choose to visit a product-specific page, which includes both product-specific articles and general articles, or browse by topic, such as Subscription, Trial, Licensing, and more. Each product and topic will have its own dedicated FAQ page, ensuring you can quickly find the information you need.

The FAQ page has also been reorganized by the topics listed on the homepage, making it easier for you to find the information you need. All Enscape FAQ articles have been transferred to the new Help Center, following the same structure.

Additionally, we will provide links to other helpful resources such as Learning, Knowledge Base, Tutorials, as well as access to our Forum and other areas relevant to enhancing your customer experience.


Submission of support requests will now go through the unified Help Center for all customers via the Submit a Request button.

 

What Changes in the Backend?

We are now using a single brand, consolidating all information in one place. This change will positively impact system maintenance and configuration, optimizing overall efficiency.
