This article outlines the changes that customers will experience as Enscape transitions from My Enscape to My Chaos. These updates aim to streamline the purchasing process and subscription management.
- Customers will continue to be able to purchase Enscape on the enscape3d.com website, from a reseller, or through the direct sales team.
- Customers with expired Enscape subscriptions will be able to buy a license again through the enscape3d.com website, the Expired Products tab on My Chaos (see "Expired Products" section in the User Account Management document), or by contacting their reseller or our sales team.
- Customers will be able to add seats to their existing Enscape license through My Chaos (see "Add Seats to a Subscription" section in the User Account Management document), or by contacting their reseller or our sales team.
- Customers with an active Enscape subscription will be able to buy a brand-new license only from the Enscape website or by reaching out to their reseller or our direct sales team.
