Make sure that you sign in to the Chaos License Server using the same email address that you made a purchase with. Once you sign in successfully, you will see a list of your available licenses on the Chaos License Server home page.
Please note that if your licenses are on a hardware dongle, it has to be plugged in your machine for you to access your licenses.
