I didn't receive the invoice for my order. What should I do?

If you have purchased our products from an authorized Chaos reseller, please get in touch with them to request your invoice.

If you have made a purchase from our Chaos Online Store or the Corona Online Store, you can access your order history by following these steps:

1. Sign in with your email/username and password to my.chaos.com

2. Click on Billing, then select Invoices.

3. Find your invoice and download it.

4. Once the invoice is downloaded, open the file and click on the Print icon located in the top left corner of your screen.

If your license wasn’t purchased within the last 30 days, you can change the Issue date to locate the invoice you need.

If you can’t find the invoice you're looking for after following these steps, please contact us.
