You can request a refund for a new subscription purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. If you are within this timeframe and meet the eligibility criteria, please contact our support team to initiate your refund request. 

Refunds for subscription renewals are not possible

To avoid unintended charges, we recommend reviewing your renewal date and canceling your subscription in advance if you no longer wish to continue.
