Select the Render item.

Remove the V-Ray Settings package from the Add or Remove V-Ray Package menu (access it through the V-Ray Toolbar or the V-Ray dropdown menu).

A new V-Ray Render Settings package with default values is added automatically or you can add it manually if it’s not.
