I need to download my 2Checkout invoice!

How do I download and print my invoice?
We are currently using the services of two different e-commerce platforms for processing our customers’ Corona orders: FastSpring and 2Checkout.
If your Corona order was placed using 2Checkout (which is the default method when buying licenses in our online store), then:
- If you purchased your Corona license as a company (entered your VAT ID during the checkout):
Check your email inbox for the confirmation emails that you received after purchasing Corona. One of them will include a link to your invoice. If you still cannot find your invoice, please contact us and we will resend your invoice to you. - If you did not purchase your Corona license as a company (you did not enter any VAT ID during the checkout):
Please contact us and we will send your invoice to you.
Note: If you know your order number, please send it to us in your message. The order number is included in the confirmation emails you have received from us after purchasing a Corona license (e.g. "Confirmation email - Order # 1449295"). Sending your order number to us will speed up the delivery of your invoice.
If you were redirected to this article after clicking the "Invoice" link in our Customer Zone, then your order was definitely placed using 2Checkout. If you would like to confirm that, simply check your order number:
- If it is a single number without any letters, for example 1449295, it means that it was placed using 2Checkout and you can follow the steps from the top of this guide to get your invoice.
- If it starts with the letters "COR" - for example: COR910223-5444-13154, it means that it was placed using FastSpring and you can download your invoice in the Customer Zone (see the link below for more information).
