There can be several causes for this:
- Your licenses may be in use elsewhere. You can check what licenses are available to you in the my.chaos portal.
- If you have a named license, you may have engaged it on another device.
- If you are using a floating license, all licenses may be in use by other users. In this case, you may need to contact your administrator.
- You may not have any licenses assigned to you. Named licenses need to be assigned to individual users. Please login to your my.chaos portal if you are the license administrator, or contact your administrator if you are a member of a Chaos organization.
- You may not be logged in with the correct credentials. Named licenses require that you login with your Chaos account on the device you are using the product. Please make sure that you are logged in on that device.
