No. Your purchased product seat can be assigned and used in full. The application licenses within one seat license cannot be split between users.
For example, if you purchase one seat of an Arch Design Collection (which includes Enscape and Envision), you can only assign this seat in full to another user. You cannot assign Enscape to one user and Envision to another user.
If you need multiple users to use those applications at the same time, you need to either purchase as many license seats as the number of users.
If you purchase named license seats, you can assign the license seats to different users and they will have dedicated and uninterrupted access to their license at all times.
If your users don’t need to use the products the whole time, but instead use it at intervals, you can purchase a lower number of floating licenses, which you can share among your users.
