You can cancel your subscription at any time up to one day before the renewal date. Here’s how:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Products.
- Locate your active subscription.
- Click Cancel.
After canceling, your subscription will not renew and will expire at the end of the current billing cycle. Your licenses will stay active until then. To avoid any service interruption, ensure to either keep your subscription active or reactivate it before it expires.
