Yes. In this case, the merge of the accounts cannot be done automatically, but you can send us a merge request and we will do it for you.
As we need to confirm your ownership of both accounts, you must send the merge request to both sides (CHAOS and AXYZ).
Please, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to Chaos Help Center using the AXYZ account, where AXYZ products are.
- Create a new ticket through the Chaos Support Form using this link: Support Form Autocomplete
- If not set automatically, manually specify the following subject:
"CHAOS and AXYZ merge accounts (AXYZ confirmation)" - Choose "Anima ALL" as your Chaos Product
- In the description, specify the emails used in both your AXYZ and CHAOS accounts, and submit it.
- Sign out from this account.
- Sign in to Chaos Help Center again, but this time use the account where CHAOS products are.
- Create a new ticket through the Chaos Support Form using this link: Support Form Autocomplete
- If not set automatically, manually specify the following subject:
"CHAOS and AXYZ merge accounts (Chaos confirmation)" - Choose "Anima ALL" as your Chaos Product
- In the description, specify again the emails used in both your AXYZ and CHAOS accounts, and submit it.
Then, we will take care of your request and get back to you when the process is done.
Please keep the communication within the Chaos Help Center until the merge process is finished. Also, notice that the merge is only possible when the user has products purchased on both AXYZ and CHAOS.
