How you check your order status depends on how you purchased. If you bought from the Chaos online store, review your subscription in My Chaos; if you purchased through a Chaos reseller, contact the reseller.
Check your order status for online store purchases
You can view your subscription status and dates in My Chaos.
- Go to My Chaos and sign in with your username and password.
- In the left navigation, click Products > Active Products.
- Select your product. On the right, check the Status column for your Activation Date, Expiration Date, and Reference Number.
- If your order has not been processed, contact our customer service team for additional help.
Get order status for purchases through a Chaos reseller
If you bought through a reseller, the reseller manages your order; contact them for status updates.
- Refer to the customer support contact details provided by the reseller in your order information.
- Alternatively, visit the reseller’s website to find their customer support contact information.
