What payment details we can view
We can see only the last 4 digits and the expiration date of your credit or debit card. This limited information allows us to check for any payment processing issues.
Request to remove a payment method
To remove a saved payment method, submit a request to our Support team.
- Open the support request form.
- Describe that you want a payment method removed. Include the last 4 digits and the expiration date of the card you want us to remove.
- Submit the request. Our team will review and remove the payment method.
