This article explains how to get your Chaos invoice, whether you purchased through an authorized reseller or the Chaos online store.
Get your invoice for reseller purchases
Contact your authorized Chaos reseller directly to request your invoice.
Download and print your invoice from the Chaos online store
- Sign in to my.chaos.com with your Chaos account.
- Go to Billing, then select Invoices.
- Find the invoice you need and download it.
- Open the downloaded file and use your PDF viewer’s Print option (or the Print icon) to print it.
If you don’t see the invoice you need, adjust the Issue date filter to include a wider date range (for example, beyond the last 30 days).
Get help if you can’t find an invoice
If you still can’t locate the invoice after following these steps, contact Chaos Support.
