Use this guide to download your Chaos invoice from My Chaos or request it from a reseller, depending on how you purchased.
Find your invoice for online store purchases
After your order is processed, you receive an email that your invoice is ready. You can then download it from My Chaos.
- Sign in to My Chaos at my.chaos.com with your Chaos account.
- Go to Billing > Invoices.
- Find your order and download the invoice.
- To print, open the downloaded invoice and use the Print option in your PDF viewer or browser.
If your purchase was not within the last 30 days, adjust the Issue date filter to locate the invoice.
Request an invoice for reseller purchases
If you purchased through a Chaos reseller, the reseller handles invoicing. Contact your reseller directly to request your invoice.
Get help if you still cannot find your invoice
If you cannot locate the invoice after these steps, please contact Chaos Support for assistance.
