How do I receive an invoice for my purchase?

When it comes to finding your invoice, the process may vary depending on how you made your purchase.

For purchases made through our online store:

Once your order has been processed, you should receive an email notification that your invoice is ready. After that, you can access your invoice in my.chaos.com.

1. Log in to My Chaos using your username and password.

2. Go to Billing -> Invoices.

3. Find your order and download the invoice.

If your license was not purchased within the last 30 days, you can adjust the Issue date to find the invoice you need.

If you made your purchase through a Chaos reseller:

In this case, the reseller handles the order placement, so you should contact the reseller directly to request your invoice.
