The number of seats in a subscription cannot be decreased. Instead, you can cancel the automatic renewal for the subscription, and once it expires, make a purchase for the correct number of seats.
Please remember that the automatic renewal can be turned off prior to the renewal date. Once the renewal takes place, the new term needs to be paid.
