How automatic renewal works
Automatic renewal bills you based on your selected term—monthly, yearly, or every 3 years. On your renewal date, your subscription renews for the next billing period and your payment method is charged automatically.

Turn off automatic renewal
You can turn off automatic renewal up to 1 day before the renewal date.
- Sign in to my.chaos.com.
- Open your subscriptions and disable Auto‑renew for the chosen subscription.

Turn on automatic renewal again
You can reactivate the automatic renewal up to 1 day before the renewal date by signing in to my.chaos.com and clicking Reactivate..
Please note that you cannot reactivate a license once the end date has passed.
