Subscription Auto-Renewal, Cancellation, and Reactivation

How does auto-renewal work?

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you choose to cancel it. We’ll take care of everything—just make sure a valid payment method is linked to your account to avoid any interruptions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time up to one day before the renewal date. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Products.
  3. Locate your active subscription.
  4. Click Cancel.

Once canceled, your subscription will expire at the end of the current period and will not renew. However, your licenses will remain active until the expiration date. To maintain uninterrupted access, you can either keep your subscription active or reactivate it before the expiration date.

Once you cancel, we will ask you to complete a short survey to help us improve our services.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes! You can reactivate your subscription at any time before the expiration date. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Products.
  3. Locate your canceled subscription.
  4. Click Reactivate.

By reactivating, your subscription will continue, and you’ll retain access to your licenses until you decide to cancel.
