Chaos licenses are term-based subscriptions that require renewal upon expiration to continue using the products.
Automatic renewal of subscriptions
All term licenses have an auto-renewal feature activated by default. This means your subscription will automatically renew for another billing cycle when it reaches its expiration date. You can manage this setting through My Chaos.
- To cancel or reactivate the auto-renewal, make changes at least one day before the renewal date.
Post-expiration subscription renewal
If your license expires and you wish to continue using the product, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
Chaos Cloud credits and expiration
Chaos Cloud credits included with the Chaos V-Ray Premium subscription are also term-based. They will expire along with the license.
