You can manage your Chaos subscription plans in your account. At my.chaos.com, you can turn auto-renewal on or off, upgrade to newer versions, and add seats to existing subscriptions.
Access your subscriptions
You manage subscriptions from your Chaos account at my.chaos.com.
- Go to my.chaos.com.
- Sign in with your Chaos account credentials.
- Open the Subscriptions section.
- Select the subscription you want to manage to open its details.
Turn auto-renewal on or off
You can toggle auto-renewal from the subscription’s details page.
- Access your subscription details (see Access your subscriptions above).
- Find the Auto-renew setting.
- Toggle Auto-renew On or Off.
- Save your changes, if prompted.
Upgrade your subscription
You can upgrade to a newer version from the subscription’s details page.
- Access your subscription details (see Access your subscriptions above).
- Select Upgrade or Change plan.
- Review the upgrade details and pricing.
- Confirm to complete the upgrade.
Add seats to a subscription
You can add seats to an active subscription from the subscription’s details page.
- Access your subscription details (see Access your subscriptions above).
- Select Add seats.
- Enter the number of additional seats.
- Review the updated total and billing, then confirm the change.
