Yes. Corona is designed in such a way that it works fine on computers with 64 or more threads, and it fully utilizes all the available computing power. This is confirmed by our internal tests, and by reports from our users. An example of such a setup is dual Xeon E5-2699 and you can see results from such machines on our official benchmark list.
