Are Cosmos assets supported in V-Ray Vision?

Yes. V-Ray Vision renders the Cosmos assets at all three levels of detail depending on how close your camera is to them. 

To enable this feature go to Quality settings and select High quality Cosmos Assets option:

Note that enabling this option might have major impact on performance and loading time depending on the assets used. The scene is automatically reloaded when the option is changed which might take a while depending on the project's complexity.
