- Prepare valid proof of status from your school. Examples include a current student ID, an official enrollment/registration letter, or a current transcript.
- Compose your email and include:
- Your full name
- Your school/institution name
- Your Chaos account email
- Any previous case or ticket number (if available)
- Send your documents to the Chaos Education team.
What happens next
After you resubmit, the team reviews your documents and replies by email with the result or requests any missing information.
