Some assets you see on the Chaos Cosmos web service may not appear in the in‑app Cosmos Browser. This is expected behavior because the web service cannot filter assets for your specific host application and V‑Ray version.
Understand why asset availability differs
The Chaos Cosmos web service shows the full catalog and does not know which host platform and V‑Ray version you use, so it cannot hide incompatible assets. In contrast, the in‑app Cosmos Browser filters the library to show only assets that work with your setup.
For example, some assets require V‑Ray 6 and will not be available to import when you use V‑Ray 5.
Use the in-app Cosmos Browser to ensure compatibility
Chaos recommends using the in‑app Cosmos Browser instead of the web service. The in‑app browser displays only assets compatible with your host application and installed V‑Ray version, so you can be confident every listed asset will import and work properly.
