By default, dongle licensing is enabled in the Online License Server interface. If you don’t have a dongle plugged into the USB port of the machine, you should disable dongle licensing.
To do this, click the dongle drop down menu and choose the Disable button.
If a dongle is plugged into your machine, the dongle section should be green.
To enable your USB dongle, click the dongle drop down menu and select Enable. Once your USB dongle is enabled you will be able to see its information .Follow this link for further instructions.
