If you keep seeing a sign-in prompt and can’t log in, follow these steps.
Step 1: Sign out and sign in again
- Open the V-Ray/Enscape/Corona menu in your host application.
- Go to Licensing → Chaos Account.
- Click Sign Out, then click Sign In again.

V-Ray
- Maya: V‑Ray menu → Licensing → Chaos Account
- 3ds Max: V‑Ray menu → Licensing → Chaos Account
- SketchUp: Extensions → V‑Ray → Help → Chaos Account
- Rhino: V‑Ray → Help → Chaos Account
- Blender: V‑Ray menu → Chaos Account
Enscape
- Revit: Enscape menu → Chaos Account
- SketchUp: Extensions menu → Enscape → Chaos Account

Corona
- 3ds Max: Render Setup → System → About Chaos Corona/Licensing → Chaos Account
- Cinema 4D: Cinema 4D menu bar → Corona → About → Chaos Account
Step 2: Remove and reinstall Chaos Unified Login
If the issue persists:
- Uninstall Chaos Unified Login from your system.
- Windows: Start menu → Control Panel → Add or Remove Programs.
- macOS: Delete
~/.Chaos/UnifiedLogin
- Linux: Delete
$HOME/.Chaos/UnifiedLogin/
- On Windows:
- Remove ChaosULA:ula and ChaosUnifiedLogin:ula from Credential Manager.
- Delete
%localappdata%\Chaos\UnifiedLogin
- Download and reinstall the Chaos License Server.
- Try signing in and check http://127.0.0.1:30304 to confirm.
Step 3: Contact support
If you still can’t sign in, please contact us and include:
- A screenshot or short video showing what happens when you click Sign In.
- Product name and version, and your host application (e.g., Maya 2025, V-Ray 7).
