You typically receive the confirmation email right after completing your online order.
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folders for a message from Chaos.
- Open the email and follow the download and activation instructions to access your product and license.
- Keep the email for your records in case you need the links again.
Contact support if you do not receive the email
If 12 hours pass without a confirmation email and you cannot access your license, contact Chaos Support.
- Verify you used the correct email address for the purchase and recheck spam/junk folders.
- After 12 hours, submit a support request to Chaos Customer Support.
- Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
