How to activate Chaos products
To activate any Chaos product, follow these steps after downloading and installing your chosen software:
- Start the application.
- Follow the on-screen activation procedure.
- You will be redirected to the Chaos License Server to sign in.
- Sign in either automatically or by clicking the "Activate license" button within the software.
Once signed in, your product will be activated and ready for use.
If you're not redirected to the Chaos License Server
- Open your web browser.
- Enter the URL: http://localhost:30304/
- Click "Sign in" and enter your registered email address and password.
After signing in, your product will be activated.
Note: Use the same login credentials for the My Chaos portal and product activation.

Accessing the Chaos License Server
If you cannot access the Chaos License Server:
- Reinstall your product.
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
Errors during license activation
If you encounter errors when trying to activate your license:
- Reinstall your product.

Products not visible in the Chaos License Server
If you cannot see any products in the Chaos License Server:
- Ensure you are signed in with the correct account.
- To switch accounts, click "Online licensing" and then "Sign out".
- Sign in with the correct account.
If you need to transfer licenses between accounts, contact us.
Default license server settings
If you changed the license server IP address and need to revert to the defaults:
- License server: 127.0.0.1
- Connection port: 30304
