DR is not working and I am getting "Cannot bind to the remote connection port (TCP 19666)" error!

If distributed rendering is not working for you and you can see the following or a similar error:

Please try the following solutions:

  1. Make sure there is no additional instance of the Corona DR Server running on your render node. It should be visible in the Windows Task Manager as "DrServer.exe". If you can see it - please close it and make sure that you have only a single instance of the DR Server running. 
    Note: The Corona DR Server can sometimes get minimized and stay in the Windows "hidden icons" area (bottom-right corner of the screen). 

  2. Make sure that the local IP address printed in the Corona DR Server window on the node matches the one displayed on the list in Render Setup > System > Distributed Rendering on the master machine. If they do not match, remove it from the list and manually add an entry with the correct render node IP address using the "Add" button.
