In order to submit a support ticket, you will need to register an Enscape account. This account allows you an easy overview of all your past and open support tickets. If you have purchased a license, you will have received an email prompting you to set up an account.
If you do not have an account, you can easily register one - it is not necessary to have purchased a license to create this account. You can create an account by clicking the "Sign in" link at the top of this page:
Once you click that link, you will be redirected to a page where you can either sign into an existing account, or register a new account. To register a new account, simply click the "Create account" link.
After that you will be asked to enter your email address and determine a password. Once you have done this, your Enscape account will be registered.
