As part of the continued evolution of the Chaos Ecosystem and the introduction of the more advanced Chaos Cloud Collaboration platform, we have shut down my.enscape3d.com webpage effectively on September 30, 2025.
This change provides you with a more modern, integrated, and feature-rich way to manage your panoramas, web standalones, and virtual tours—along with exciting new capabilities.
What has changed
- You are no longer able to manage your uploaded content on my.enscape3d.com.
(This includes renaming, moving, deleting, organizing in folders, or creating new share links.) - Panorama Galleries (Tours) do not work, and any shared links are inaccessible.
What still works
- Previously shared individual Panoramas and Web Standalones remain viewable through direct links or QR codes.
- You can still remove, upload, or replace Panoramas and Web Standalones through the Enscape desktop client (versions older than 4.1.1).
- Content uploaded without logging into an Enscape account (from older versions) is not affected.
What you need to do
To keep access to your content and restore Panorama Galleries:

Update to Enscape 4.1.1 or newer

Migrate your content to Chaos Cloud Collaboration using the built-in migration tools in the Enscape client.

Benefits after migration
After migration, your previously created galleries and shared links will work again under the new Chaos Cloud Collaboration system. By moving to Chaos Cloud Collaboration, you’ll also unlock:
- Chaos Cloud 3D Streaming
- AI Image Enhancer
- Image versioning & history tracking
- Tags and comments in Panoramas and Virtual Tours
