Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or subscriptions that start after a free trial* period.
To avoid unintended charges, please make sure to:
- Review your renewal date in advance
- Cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial if you do not wish to continue
- Watch out for reminder emails related to your upcoming renewal
The free trial period is the time provided to evaluate the product and decide whether to continue. Once the trial ends and billing begins, the subscription becomes active and is not eligible for a refund.
Before contacting support, we recommend reviewing your invoice and subscription status in your Chaos account, where certain actions may be available depending on the order state.
*Chaos trials are set to auto-renew and will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date.
