How to request a cancellation of unpaid invoice

Eligible cancellations can be processed automatically. Please try a self-service cancellation from your account  

  • Login to your account in My Chaos
  • Navigate to Billing
  • Select Invoices
  • Go to the 3 dots next to the invoice you want to cancel

  • Select the product and click Cancel

  • The cancellation will be processed immediately
