This guide outlines our standard operating hours and expected first response times for support tickets and callback requests.
1. Support Business Hours
Our support teams operate during the following standard hours, Monday through Friday:
- Central European Time (CET): 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
2. Expected Response Times
We work hard to keep your wait times to a minimum. Here is what you can expect when you submit a ticket or callback request:
- Standard Target: We strive to reply to all inquiries within one business day (please note business hours above).
- Weekends & outside of business hours: Requests submitted outside of our standard operating hours or on public holidays will be addressed when business hours resume on the following business day.
- Follow-Ups: If you have additional context to add while waiting for a response, you can reply directly to your existing ticket email thread to update our team.
