- Orders: For issues or questions related to placing an order, order tracking, or making changes to an existing order.
- Payments and Billing: For concerns regarding invoices, cancellations, refunds, payment methods, or billing discrepancies.
- Account Management: For support with account-related tasks such as updating account details, SSP access, license transfers, and forum access.
- Licensing Assistance, Installation, and Configuration: For help with licensing questions, setting up and configuring software, distributed rendering questions, or resolving issues during installation.
