Chaos provides technical support to all users that own licenses updated to the latest released version and the previous version ( currently the supported versions are V-Ray 5 and V-Ray Next and Phoenix 4 and Phoenix 3).
In addition, you can check out our community's forum. If you are unable to find information there you can reach out to our support teams in several ways:
1. When you navigate to our Help Page there is a Submit a ticket button where you can create a ticket with your query. Depending on the categories you select in the ticket form your request will get routed to the relevant support team.
