- Navigate to the Active Licenses section to confirm you have an available license.
Verify product download availability
- Visit the Downloads section to check if you can download your product.
- If you can download the product, you should be able to activate your license and use the product.
- If you cannot download the product, proceed to the next step.
Ensure account access on the local license server
- Open your web browser and go to http://localhost:30304.
- Sign in with the correct Chaos account that holds the active license.
