The Chaos license server shows “No licenses available”. Why?

If you're experiencing issues with license activation, follow these steps to resolve the problem. Should you need additional assistance, please contact us.

Check your active licenses

  1. Log in to my.chaos.com using your registered email address.
  2. Navigate to the Active Licenses section to confirm you have an available license.

Verify product download availability

  1. Visit the Downloads section to check if you can download your product.
  2. If you can download the product, you should be able to activate your license and use the product.
  3. If you cannot download the product, proceed to the next step.

Ensure account access on the local license server

  1. Open your web browser and go to http://localhost:30304.
  2. Sign in with the correct Chaos account that holds the active license.

If http://localhost:30304 is unreachable or you cannot sign in, refer to the steps in this troubleshooting guide.
