There could be various reasons. Please follow the below steps and feel free to contact us if you need some further assistance:
1. Make sure that you have at least one active license available. You can check this by logging into my.chaos.com with your registered email address and then going to the Active Licenses section.
2. Go to your Downloads section and check whether you are able to download your product.
If yes - then you should be able to activate your license and use the product.
If not - see point 3 below:
3. Open your web browser, go to http://localhost:30304, make sure you are signed in with the correct Chaos account that is holding the active license.
