You are easily able to share uploads from one Cloud Collaboration account to another, by following the steps below.

Log into the account's Cloud Collaboration page which contains the uploads you want to share or move

Open the menu associated with the project you would like to share by clicking the three dots next to it

Select the Share option and enter the email address of the new account, and share the project making them an Editor

The new account will receive an email inviting them to view the project, and at this point, the project will be visible for the new account in their Cloud account under "Shared with Me"
At this point, you can decide if you want to fully transfer the project ownership to the new account as well. To do this, you would:

On the first account's Cloud Collaboration page, open the menu associated with the project you previously shared by clicking the three dots next to it

Select the dropdown next to the account that the project was shared with and change it from Editor to Owner

Confirm that you want to transfer ownership

After completing these steps, the project and all associated uploads will be located in the second account online
Please note that if you transfer the ownership of a project to a different account, the original account will no longer have access to it.
