Following user feedback, we have added the possibility to disable our AI functions, starting with Enscape 4.10. Chaos AI tools source data responsibly and encourage human authorship. See our Responsible AI page for more information. However, if you would still like to disable access to our AI features (AI Enhancer and Veras), you can create an environment variable. This can be done per user or on a system level.
Add the environment variable CHAOS_DISABLE_GEN_AI, and set the value to 1 to disable access to AI features. When the variable is enabled, the feature buttons are disabled and there is a tooltip which reads: "This functionality has been disabled by your organization's policy."
To enable the AI features again, simply remove the variable.
