This issue may occur on a muti-monitor setup with different resolutions/DPI scaling per monitor when you are dragging the Envision window across the monitors with the Winkey + Arrow Keys combination. Restart Envision and drag it with the mouse instead of the Winkey + Arrow keys combination.
