This error can be caused by a 3rd party antivirus/firewall software incorrectly marking the Anima.Core.Envision.dll file as a threat and blocking access to it.
Solution: Uninstall Envision. Temporarily disable your antivirus/firewall software or whitelist the file Anima.Core.Envision.dll. Then install Envision again. Go to C:\Program Files\Chaos\Envision\bin\anima and check if the file Anima.Core.Envision.dll is there. If it's not there or you are having some other problem starting Envision, please contact us.
