You can find the IR upscaling factor in:

  • 3ds Max: Render Setup > System > System Settings
  • Cinema 4D: Corona > Preferences > Interactive Rendering

This message appears when the value for the IR upscaling factor is higher than 1.0. This can lead to blurry or pixelated appearance of the interactive rendering output.

The "Reset to defaults" button sets the image upscaling factor to 1.0.

If you are intentionally using an image upscaling factor value higher than 1.0, you can prevent this message from appearing again by using the "Permanently disable this warning" button.
