Please note that on September 30th, as part of the evolution of the Chaos Ecosystem and the introduction of the more advanced Chaos Cloud platform, the webpage my.enscape3d.com will be shutting down.
The platform is used to manage content, such as Panoramas, Panorama Galleries, and Web Standalones.
What will change and how?
- You will no longer be able to manage your content online (e.g., rename, move, delete, share, or organize items and folders).
- Panorama Galleries (Tours) and any links you have shared for them will stop working.
- Viewing individual Panoramas and Web Standalones through previously shared direct links and QR codes will remain functional.
- You will still be able to remove, upload, or replace Panoramas and Web Standalones via the Enscape desktop client (versions older than 4.1.1).
- Content uploaded without signing into an Enscape account (e.g., when using older versions without account login) will not be affected by this change — this shutdown only applies to the my.enscape3d.com webpage.
What should your next steps be as a user?
In order not to lose access to your content, you will need to:
- Update to Enscape 4.1.1 or newer;
- Migrate their content to Chaos Cloud before September 30, using the built-in migration tools in Enscape.
Once completed, your gallery and shared links will work again under the Chaos Cloud system, and you will gain access to features like Chaos Cloud 3D Streaming, AI Image Enhancer, image versioning, and panorama tags and comments.
