V-Ray GPU is only supported on currently shipping MacOS versions when running in CUDA x86 mode.
It is still possible to use V-Ray GPU with CUDA render engine on MacOS utilizing C++/CPU devices. This might be very helpful for the following workflows:
Executing Distributed Rendering between MacOS and Windows/Linux machines.
It's possible to initiate Distributed Rendering jobs from MacOS systems with V-Ray GPU with CUDA render engine utilizing MacOS C++/CPU devices and join machines with other operating systems (such as Linux or Windows) where the GPUs that V-Ray GPU supports can be found.
Rendering V-Ray GPU ready projects.
When working with scenes originally authored for using V-Ray GPU, if it’s necessary to render this project with the same results without having to make any adjustments.
